Did you Know that some of your local professional lawn care companies will help you diagnose the problems in your lawn for free. Try it call one and ask them for a free no obligation estimate, but there is a couple of catches.
1st They are going to try and sell you a service plan, that’s their job.
2nd You have to make sure the sales/service person knows what they are talking about. Ask for a certified pest control operator, or at least someone who has been doing it for more than a year (service that is, I have meet sales people that have been selling for years that cant tell you the difference between a Chinch Bug and a Big Eyed Bug)
3rd Unless you are absolutely confident the person that came out knows what they are talking about, get at least a second opinion. Go ahead and ask them who there biggest competitors are they know who does a good job, and a professional will tell you
If you do decide to have someone do it for you remember “Cheaper is not better” The less you pay the less you get. If you can’t do it Properly for that price, they probably can’t either. It should cost you 25-50% more to have a company take care of your lawn, than you can do if for.
